Return Policy
• Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning properly, you are required to share a clear unboxing video as proof. This helps us review the issue and take necessary action. Please report such cases within 48 hours of delivery.
• Missing Products:
In case any item is missing from your order, kindly provide a complete unboxing video showing all contents of the package. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. After verification, we will proceed with a refund or replacement for the missing item(s).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued for valid cases based on the conditions below:
• Damaged or Defective Products:
If a product is found to be damaged or faulty and verified through the submitted unboxing video, a refund (full or partial) may be approved at our discretion. Please note, electronics items are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
• Missing Items:
If any product is missing from your order and we are unable to resend it after verification, a refund will be provided for the unavailable item(s).
